CORN SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. corn
2 lg. tomatoes
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. (Precook corn.) Cool in refrigerate for 2-3 hours. (Chop tomatoes, onion and green pepper.)
