MEXICAN SALAD 
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch style beans, washed & drained
1/2 onion, chopped
Med. sized pkg. Fritos, crushed
1 lb. med. cheddar cheese, grated
2 tomatoes, diced
1 bottle Catalina dressing

Mix beans, tomatoes, onion, cheese and dressing. Chill 1 hour or overnight. Add lettuce and crushed Fritos just before serving.
