CHINESE BEAN SPROUT SALAD 
1 lg. can bean sprouts, drained
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Celery stalks, sliced
Cherry tomatoes, quarters
3 tbsp. soy sauce to taste
8 oz. bottle Italian dressing

Combine all vegetables in large bowl. Make a marinade by combining a bottle of Italian dressing (low calorie dressing can be used) and soy sauce to taste. Pour marinade over vegetables and refrigerate several hours.
