1 pkg. fresh spinach
6 hard boiled eggs
1 head lettuce
1 sm. box frozen peas, defrosted, not cooked
1 Spanish onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. crumbled bacon

DRESSING:

Shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 pt. mayonnaise
1/2 pt. or 8 oz. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix well.

Layer in order. Spread dressing. Top with Swiss cheese.
