14 KARAT CAKE 
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. nutmeats
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 1/2 oz. shredded coconut
2 c. shredded carrots

Combine cinnamon, flour, baking powder, soda, salt, sugar, salad oil and eggs. Mix well. Then add nuts, pineapple, coconut and carrots. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

Makes 1 (3 layer) cake.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Milk to thin

Combine frosting ingredients. Spread frosting over layers after they are cool. 12 servings.
