1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. flour
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix

Let butter and grated cheese come to room temperature, then mix. Add flour, salt and onion soup mix. Mix together and divide into 4 rolls. Roll each one in foil and freeze. Slice thin and bake in a 400°F oven.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

Yield: 5 dozen.
