EASY CHICKEN PIE 
1 whole fryer or breasts, boiled and cut up into small pieces
1 medium chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
1 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
dash of pepper

Mix chicken, onion, soup and broth together. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, butter and milk. Pour over chicken mixture.

Bake 1 hour (or until crust is brown) at 350°F.
