2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain rice
3 c. cold water
1 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup mix (with broth)
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 stick butter
Sprinkling of pepper and parsley

Melt butter in saucepan. Take noodles from soup mix package and brown in the butter. When golden brown, add water, rice, remainder of soup mix package, bouillon, pepper and parsley. Bring to rapid boil, cover and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serves 6.
