SWEET & SOUR BAKED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard (powder)
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. water

Brown pork chops in a little fat. Place in shallow greased baking dish. Sprinkle with celery, brown sugar, lemon juice and seasonings. Pour tomato sauce and water over all. Cover baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Serve over rice.
