SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
2 tbsp. mustard
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 lemon
Salt and pepper

Mix brown sugar and mustard together. Add approximately 4 tablespoons water to thin sauce. Pour over salt and peppered pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
