SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
6 lg. onion slices
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. chili sauce

Trim excess fat from pork chops. Arrange in a baking dish. Top each chop with an onion slice. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
