RHUBARB FREEZER JAM 
6 c. rhubarb
4 c. sugar

Mix and allow to set overnight in refrigerator. Cook for 10 minutes.

Add:

Cook 1 minute.

Add:

Cook 1 minute. Cool and freeze. Can keep a jar in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
