STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix well. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, oil and strawberries. Mix well. Add strawberry mix to flour mix. Stir well and spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
