APRICOT JAM 
1 pkg. dried apricots
2 oranges
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3 c. sugar

Simmer 1 package dried apricots for about 20 minutes. Mash. Cut up 1 or 2 oranges fairly fine (rind included). Cook until tender. Combine above ingredients with 1 small can crushed pineapple and 3 cups sugar. Put mixture into a glass or enamel baking dish and bake 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. Pour into jars and seal.
