BLUEBERRIES & CREAM PIE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
3 to 4 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. or more cinnamon

Fill pie shell with blueberries. Do not overfill. In a separate bowl, mix sugar with flour. Sprinkle flour mixture over blueberries. Drizzle cream over all. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes, then bake at 300 degrees for approximately 45 minutes until thickened. Chill if desired. (Can also use peaches instead of blueberries, or a combination of both.)
