MINT CHOCOLATE BON BON'S 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 c. mint melt aways

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring frequently. Cool to lukewarm. Beat in egg until smooth and glossy. Add sugar, vanilla and salt; mix well. Chill 1 hour. Form in 1/2 inch balls. Melt mints and dip balls until coated. Makes about 4 dozen.
