PIEROGI CASSEROLE 
1 bag or box cheese or meat pierogis
16 oz. jar marinara sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 c. fresh mushrooms
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Defrost pierogi, line a lasagna pan with a layer of sauce, layer of pierogi, and layer of stewed tomatoes. Scatter mushrooms throughout the pan. Repeat until pan is full. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes at 325 degrees.
