PIEROGI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. kluski noodles
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. dry onions
1 1/2 c. milk
6-8 potatoes

Boil potatoes. Mash. Cook noodles 10 minutes. In small saucepan, place butter, milk, onions and cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.

In 9 x 13 inch baking dish add 1/2 of noodles, spread out evenly. Add 2/3 of cheese sauce, spread over noodles. Put mashed potatoes on top of sauce. Add remaining noodles and cheese sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
