PIEROGIE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Velveeta
1 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
2 sticks butter
2 onion, chopped
1 (20 serving) box instant mashed potatoes
1/4 c. butter, melted

Make potatoes, omitting butter. Saute onions in sticks of butter. When potatoes are hot, cut Velveeta into them. Cover to melt Velveeta, mix well. Add half the sauteed onions to potato mixture. Layer in a 13x9 inch pan, alternating with lasagna noodles, potato mixture, and butter mixture; end with potatoes on top. Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
