SWEET AND SOUR STEAK 
1-2 lbs. round steak
Flour
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2-3 tbsp. butter
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water

Tenderize steak; cut into 3/4 inch wide strips. Roll in flour, salt and pepper; saute in butter. Add onion; continue cooking until meat is tender. Add remaining ingredients; simmer 20-30 minutes until meat is done and flavors are blended. Serve with or over rice. Serves 2-3.
