SET SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) box orange or strawberry Jello
2 c. hot water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. honey or coconut syrup
1/2 pkg. Knox gelatin (dissolved in cold water)

Chill all ingredients until syrupy. In a blender put above chilled ingredients along with 1 cup pineapple juice, 2 medium cut up carrots and 1 cup cabbage. Blend briefly. Pour into bowl 1 cup crushed pineapple, 1/2 cup coconut, 1 cup marshmallows, and sprinkle with chopped nuts, almonds, walnuts or macadamia.
