SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 lg. russet potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
Salt

Place potatoes in a glass casserole dish. Lightly salt. Pour cream over potatoes to barely cover. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4 to 6.
