HONEY -BUTTERED CARROTS 
2 doz. young carrots, peeled
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Cook carrots until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Serve with sauce spooned over.
