CELERY 
1 qt. diced celery (1/4 inch thick)
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 lb. butter
1 tbsp. dried onion
1/2 c. cream

Melt butter; add celery and onion. Heat for 3 minute. Shake while cooking. Sprinkle flour. Add chicken broth; stir until thick and add cream. Stir until hot. Add 1 teaspoon chives. Sprinkle toasted slivered onions on top.
