1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Mix sugar, butter and Karo syrup and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Add whipping cream and stir to completely mix. Let cool. Pour sauce over yellow cake. Sauce is better when warm.
