NAVAJO TACO 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. garlic powder
3 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Accent
2 tbsp. sugar

SCONES:

1 qt. buttermilk, warm
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. yeast softened in 3/4 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. oil
3 tsp. baking powder
6-8 c. flour

Mix ingredients. Let raise once. Fry in deep or shallow, hot grease.

I've never made scone dough before. I haven't even attempted yeast dough many times in my life, but this recipe worked out perfectly! It was much like a doughnut which is how I remember Navajo Tacos from my youth. Thanks!
