LEMON LUSH 
1 c. plain flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
3 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk
1 c. Cool Whip
1 can Angel Flake coconut (optional)

For 1st layer: Mix together flour, sugar, butter and nuts. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until brown. Allow to cool.

For 2nd layer: In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over the cooled baked layer.

For 3rd layer: Blend pudding and milk. Pour over 2nd layer.

For 4th layer: Spread second cup of Cool Whip over 3rd layer. Sprinkle coconut over Cool Whip.
