LEMON LUSH 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
3 boxes lemon instant pudding
4 c. milk

Make a crust of butter and crumbs and press in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread mixture over crust. Set aside the remaining Cool Whip for last layer. Mix pudding and milk thoroughly and spread over cream cheese mixture. Use remaining Cool Whip topping to cover pudding.

Variation: Chocolate pudding can be used instead of lemon, if desired, to make Chocolate Lush.
