STRAWBERRY DOLLAR CAKES 
1 egg
2 tbsp. Knudsen butter, melted
3/4 c. Knudsen glad star milk
1 c. Knudsen yogurt
3 tbsp. strawberry jam
2 c. flapjack or pancake mix
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Beat eggs well. Add butter, milk, yogurt and jam. Add flapjack mix and soda; stir until smooth. Fry in well greased skillet. Serve topped with Hampshire sour cream blended with strawberry jam. Makes 18 cakes.
