CAULIFLOWER WITH TOMATO IN WHITE
SAUCE
 
1 head cauliflower
1 lg. tomato
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/3 tbsp. corn starch
Salt
1/3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 can chicken broth

Wash cauliflower and cut into 1 inch pieces. Cut tomato into 1/2 inch square pieces.

In a large pot, boil 6 cups of water, adding 1 teaspoon of salt. Put cauliflower in for 6 minutes, drain.

In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil. Add tomato pieces, seasoned with salt and pepper, cook until tomato is tender (about 1 minute).

Add cauliflower, chicken broth; mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes. Mix milk, corn starch and sugar. Add to the cauliflower, tomato as sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
