WHITE SAUCE FOR CAULIFLOWER 
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
dash of salt
nutmeg

In a small saucepan stir cold milk and flour together until flour is completely mixed in. Add butter and salt, heating slowly while continuously stirring until sauce thickens. Pour over cooked cauliflower. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
