CAULIFLOWER WITH WHITE SAUCE 
1 med. head cauliflower
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

1. Put cauliflower in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add water; cover with glass lid or plastic wrap. 2. Microwave on high 8 to 9 minutes or until tender-crisp. 3. Mix mayonnaise, onion and mustard in small bowl. Spoon over top of cauliflower. Sprinkle cheese. Microwave on medium 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to heat sauce and melt cheese. 4. Let stand 2 minutes. Serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
