CAULIFLOWER WITH WHITE SAUCE | |
1 med. head cauliflower salt to season Nutmeg Butter Flour Water Cook cauliflower in 2 to 3 cups water (whole or small flowers) until soft, about 20 minutes. Remove cauliflower, keep the water. Melt 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter, mix in flour, 2 to 3 tablespoons, keep stirring. Add the water and make gravy. Season with salt. Pour gravy over cauliflower and sprinkle nutmeg on top. |
