TORTA 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
4 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
Garlic powder
2 c. regular rice, cooked with bouillon
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. grated cheese
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until firm.
