5 eggs
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (sprinkle on top of pie)

Beat eggs; add sugar. Heat milk and butter; do not boil. Add to egg and sugar mixture. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Do not over cook.
