GOLDEN NUGGET CUSTARD COBBLER 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 c. half & half
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can flaky biscuits (Hungry Jack refrigerated)
Whipped topping, optional

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In bowl beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, cornmeal, half & half, butter, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well.

Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Cut each into 4 pieces. Arrange pieces in the bottom of 8 inch round or square pan. Pour egg mixture on top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 24-29 minutes or until deep golden brown. Serve warm with whipped topping.
