HOT BROWN 
4 slices toast
4 slices turkey
4 slices baked ham
8 strips bacon, partially fried

Place meat on toast and top with the following sauce.

Sauce:

1/4 c. butter
6 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 c. diced American cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sharp shredded cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth

Melt butter and blend in flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and cook until thick. Pour over toast; top with bacon and tomato slice. Broil until bubbly.
