THE SECRET SAUCE | |
3 lb. round steak 1/2 c. Gulden's mustard 4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp. catsup Salt and pepper Salt and pepper round steak. Mix other ingredients and spread on both sides of steak. Poke with kitchen fork to allow sauce to penetrate the meat. This can be done 1 hour before cooking but is best done 2 days before cooking. grill on very hot coals. Turn only when top appears wet or rare. Slice on the slant. |
