MINUTE STEAKS WITH BUTTER SAUCE 
2 tbsp. salad oil
4 beef cubed steaks
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chives
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
Garlic salt

Heat oil in skillet, cook steaks over medium high heat until brown, about 4 minutes on each side. Season with garlic salt. Remove steaks from skillet and keep warm.

Drain fat. Melt butter in same skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat. Place steaks on dinner plates; pour butter mixture on each. 4 servings.
