FORGOTTEN CHICKEN 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
2 c. milk
1 c. regular rice
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 fryer or chicken parts

Mix cream of celery soup with the milk and rice. Pour into an 11 1/2" x 7 1/2" x 2" baking dish. Lay lightly salted and peppered chicken parts in mixture. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Cover and bake in a 325 degree oven for two hours.
