FORGOTTEN CHICKEN | |
1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup 1/2 env. dry onion soup mix 1/2 c. milk 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 3 or 4 lbs. chicken Salt and pepper to taste Heat together rice, milk and soups. Pour into buttered baking dish. Season skinned chicken pieces with dry soup mix, salt and pepper. Arrange over rice. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover for last 15 minutes. |
