LAYERED POTATOES 
Layer frozen hash brown squares in greased 9 x 13 casserole or cake pan. Dot with butter, salt and pepper and grated Cheddar cheese. Repeat 2nd layer potatoes and seasonings (keep layering as much as needed). Pour over top 1 1/2 to 2 cups half and half. Sprinkle top with crumbled (cooked) bacon.

Bake at 350-375 for 70-80 minutes, uncovered. Serves 12-15.
