CLASSIC GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 (9 oz. each) pkgs. frozen cut green beans
or (2 lg. cans cut green beans)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. soy sauce
Dash of pepper
1 can (2.8 oz.) French fried onions

Cook and drain beans. In 1 1/2 quart casserole, stir soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper until smooth. Stir in beans and 1/2 can onions.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot; stir, top with remaining onions. Bake 5 minutes longer.

MICROWAVE:

Place beans in medium microwave safe bowl. Cover; microwave on High 9 minutes or until tender, stirring twice during cooking. Drain.

In 1 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole, stir soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper until smooth. Stir in beans and 1/2 can onions. Cover; microwave on High 7 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring once during cooking.

Sprinkle with remaining onions; microwave uncovered on High 1 minute.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
