CARIBBEAN CHOW MEIN 
1 box spaghetti noodles
4 c. diced chicken
2 lg. onions
4 sticks carrots
1 can mushroom
1 can mixed vegetables
1 bunch of parsley, chopped
Dash of black pepper
1 c. brown sugar
Dash of lemon juice

Season chicken well with parsley, lemon juice, season salts and set aside. Brown sugar should be melted in 2 spoonfuls of oil. Then add seasoned chicken and stir fry. Add onion, carrots, mushrooms and mix vegetables. Continue to stir fry for 5 minutes.

Boil noodles for 15 to 20 minutes and set aside.

Use a large frying pan and combine chicken mixture and noodles for a couple of minutes and serve.
