SUPREME FUDGE 
2 c. granulated sugar
6 tbsp. unsweetened powdered cocoa
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk, butter and corn syrup. Microwave on high 5 minutes. Stir well until sugar dissolves. Microwave at high 9 to 11 minutes or just until mixture reaches 234 degrees. Let stand until edges reach 130 degrees (about 30 minutes). Add vanilla and beat until candy loses its gloss. Quickly stir in walnuts and turn into buttered 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Set aside at room to cool completely. Cut into squares when set. Makes about 1 3/4 pounds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
