CHICKEN CUTLETS 
1 lb. chicken cutlets
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4-5 pieces Swiss cheese
1/2 c. wine or cooking sherry (opt.)
1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs

Place cutlets in casserole, add can of cream of mushroom soup mixed with a little water and wine or sherry (if desired). Place pieces of Swiss cheese over soup mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs over cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour.
