CHICKEN CUTLETS 
4 chicken breasts
3 eggs
1/2 c. Romano cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp. water
1/2 c. or more cooking oil
1 c. flour
1 c. bread crumbs

Pound chicken flat and cut into serving pieces. Mix eggs, water, cheese, salt and pepper in deep dish.

In another container mix 1 cup flour and 1 cup bread crumbs. Dip pieces of chicken first in egg mixture, then in flour mixture. Do this twice. Then fry in oil 3-4 minutes on one side, turn over and fry other side until golden brown. Place on paper towels to drain oil.
