PICKLED POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes
1 yellow onion
3-4 dill pickles, diced
1/4 c. pickle juice
1 c. mayonnaise

Cook potatoes until tender; cool and peel. Cut into cubes. Dice onions; add pickles and mix together. Mix pickle juice and mayonnaise together; thin with milk if necessary. Pour over vegetables; stir.
