POTATO SALAD DRESSING 
1 tbsp. (heaping) flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry yellow mustard
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. vinegar

In a sauce pan, combine all ingredients, mix well. Cook slowly until thickened. Cool. Refrigerate.
