CHOCOLATE PEANUT COOKIES 
1 c. chocolate morsels
3/4 c. dates, chopped
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. high protein cereal

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over hot water; remove from heat and stir in dates, peanut butter, vanilla and 2 cups cereal flakes. Blend well and cool at room temperature until mixture can be handled. Dampen hands in cool water and shape into 1" balls. Crush remaining cereal and use to coat balls. Chill until firm. Can be kept in cool place for at least two weeks.
